what's the process?
Simply scan and email your rate sheet and signed bill of loading to us once you deliver the load. We can deposit funds on the SAME DAY by one of three means: EFS Fuel Card, Wire Transfer, and ACH Direct Deposit.
what documents do you need?
Along with your Treadstone Application, we ask that you send the following documents:
- A copy of your driver's license
- Articles of incorporation
- Form W9
- Copy of insurance
- A voided check with the name and address of the account holder.
is there a setup fee?
No, we understand the costs associated with starting a trucking company. Our mission is to assist your cash-flow needs instead of adding yet another hindrance.
Alright, i am setup - who do i call regarding my invoices and daily funding?
We assign an account executive to you personally as soon as you setup your account. You can reach them M-F from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST. We are also open on Saturdays from 10 AM - 2 PM EST, allowing you to get in touch with a Customer Service Representative.
Do you offer recourse or non-recourse factoring?
We are setup to offer you both options to fit your needs.
what happens when a shipper, broker, or customer does not pay?
For recourse customers, you will be charged for any unpaid invoices that we are unable to collect. For non-recourse customers, Treadstone US covers the losses form unpaid invoices (this does not cover claims, damages, deductions, fees, etc.)
do i have to factor all of my invoices with treadstone us?
No, we have opened up our services for you to use on an as-needed basis.
do you offer fuel advances?
Yes - if you are interested in signing up for our Fuel Advance program, please contact your account executive to get started. We can provide you with up to 50% of a linehaul, and we even provide fuel advances on Saturdays! Click here for more information.
can i view my account online?
Yes, and you will also have the ability to view and print spending reports as well as submit documents to Treadstone US.
