We have been working with Tread Stone for almost 19 months and our experience so far has been good with this company. Especially our account Manager Aura Romero, she is very nice and cooperative person and try to resolve our issues the best she can do. The only problem we face is their credit department, they sometimes approve the broker but later on makes issues in payments. They need to improve their credit departments efficiency as we couldn't get paid for couple of our loads bcz first they told us the broker is good to go but when invoices are sent, they said they dont pay us so we will not pay you.
